We are currently looking to add a few more brilliant people out there to become a part of our awesome bar & floor team at Underbelly Boulevard Soho. This is our first permanent home; consisting of a boutique 200 seat auditorium, a fully-fledged cocktail bar, a new restaurant Artusi, which just arrived in November 2024, and a couple of event spaces including a small stalls bar, to add to it all!
It is truly a multi-faceted venue - it's busy, it's fun, it never gets boring.
We are looking for experienced bar and floor staff with good cocktail-making experience, as well as waiting experience.
Our guests and audiences vary depending on the day, the show, the weather... We are looking for people who have welcoming, bubbly, charming personalities who can keep up with them! We value creativity - and all the quirks that come with it.

Person Specification
- Work closely with the Bar Manager, Bar Duty Managers & Floor Supervisors
- Excellent interpersonal skills: approachable, intuitive level of creating great guest experience and offering the highest standards of service to our guests
- A working knowledge & genuine interest in cocktails
- A working knowledge & ability to operate efficiently on a busy bar/floor shift
- A good working knowledge of wine, beer & spirit products
- Able to work across both disciplines on different shifts (bar & waiting/floor service)
- Maintain an organised and clean bar/floor area whilst on shift
- Deliver table service
- Clean & polish glassware
- Maintain good H&S / HACCP practices as guided by management, including working environments, licensing and food handling.
