We are hiring for this new role at the Underbelly Boulevard in the centre of Soho. The Audience Services Manager will be responsible for creating a personable and professional end to end journey for all visitors to the Boulevard; overseeing both Front of House and Box Office departments.
This role will look after Underbelly’s Press Office at the Fringe. You will be the lead on everything between Underbelly and the media at the Fringe, working closely with the marketing and programming teams as well as Underbelly’s Directors.
Based in our London office, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting the team in our busy summer period. This role will develop and roll out the campaign strategy for our pop-up summer event and jump in where needed across other projects.

Underbelly is a UK based live entertainment company. Its festivals and events division produces a number of events annually, including Underbelly at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Underbelly Festival in London.
Underbelly also produce Christmas in Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square in collaboration with Westminster City Council.
In the West End, Underbelly is currently producing the Olivier award-winning version of Cabaret at The Kit Kat Klub.
Underbelly have recently launched their first permanent venue, Underbelly Boulevard, in the heart of Soho.
