Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical colleagues, creative teams, production staff, and performers to support the delivery of diverse events and productions.

What We’re Looking For

Sound Expertise: Proven experience in sound operation and engineering for theatre or live events, including working knowledge of digital mixing desks and playback systems.

Dante Proficiency: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Dante audio networks using Dante Controller and related hardware/software.

Technical Versatility: Strong working knowledge of lighting systems, basic rigging, and stage management practices.

Collaborative Attitude: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and positive approach to supporting a busy and varied technical department.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by the performance schedule.
