About Christmas with Underbelly
Underbelly is delighted to present Christmas in Leicester Square and Christmas in Trafalgar Square for another wonderful festive season.
Consisting of a beautiful Christmas market and a large Spiegeltent with the world-famous La Clique performing over the course of the season, this is bound to be another Underbelly Christmas spectacular.
Your role of Front of House Staff will see you working under the instructions of the Front of House Manager to provide the best customer experience for audience members visiting our Christmas Spiegeltent to attend La Clique. This role is a key member of the front of house team and will require you to work in a busy front of house environment whilst keeping a level head and providing excellent customer service.

Role
- Welcoming visitors in a polite and enthusiastic manner, always paying attention to their needs.
- Checking tickets on entry to the venue, ensuring they are for the correct show and the correct date.
- Directing audience members to seats.
- Providing accurate information and directions to audiences and visiting companies.
- Responding quickly and positively to questions, requests, problems or complaints.
- Maintaining general appearance and tidiness of public areas.
- Collecting and hand in any lost property.
- Assisting visitors with access requirements.
- Informing Front of House Manager of all serious incidents.
Person Specification
- Confident, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated.
- Good, clear verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to recognise potential health and safety issues before they arise.
- Demonstrable knowledge of customer service principles.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent timekeeping skills.
- Positive and flexible approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently.
