Role Overview
Stock Operatives are responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and responsible service within Underbelly’s bars at St George's Skate
This is a busy public-facing role requiring excellent customer service, teamwork and the ability to maintain high standards during peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, stock and strike event spaces and bars.
- Accept and checking deliveries from suppliers across all sites.
- Moving stock into storage containers.
- Rotating stock in storerooms.
Person Specification
- Confident, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated.
- Good, clear verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to recognise potential health and safety issues before they arise.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent timekeeping skills.
- Positive and flexible approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in outdoor or semi-outdoor environments during winter.
- Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and throughout the busy Christmas and New Year period as required.
