We are recruiting on behalf of Nevill Holt Festival, an arts festival event being delivered by Underbelly this summer.
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Freelance Corporate Event & Hospitality Sales Manager to support the sale of corporate hospitality and client engagement for Nevill Holt Festival 2026.
This is a short-term, target-driven role where you will manage the full client journey — from initial enquiry through to seamless delivery of event briefs to the on site delivery team — ensuring a high-quality experience at all times.
The role is flexible and remote-first, ideally suited to someone confident in sales, relationship building, and delivering exceptional client experiences, with a genuine interest in live events and the arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell corporate hospitality packages, including event tickets and premium food & beverage experience
- Proactively approach businesses through both cold outreach and existing/warm networks
- Identify and develop additional commercial opportunities with corporate clients
- Collaborate closely with the festival team to plan and deliver corporate experiences
- Create high-quality, visually engaging proposals and pitch materials (Google Slides, Canva or similar)
- Maintain accurate financial tracking, reporting, and client records using Google Sheets
- Manage the acquisition of a small number of high value prizes for a charity auction
- Manage the use of the Givergy account to host and manage the charity auction
About You
- Confident and personable, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in sales, partnerships, sponsorship, or corporate hospitality
- Comfortable with outreach and business development, including cold prospecting
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, particularly with reporting and admin
- Skilled in creating professional presentations and client-facing materials
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity
- Interest in arts, culture, or live events is a plus
