•    Create engaging content on your phone (photo and video) that reflects the brand voice and supports ticket sales and audience engagement.
•    Monitor and respond to messages, comments and tags across platforms, acting as the first point of contact for online enquiries.
•    Coordinate with marketing, programming, and front-of-house teams to source content opportunities.
•    Work with photographers/videographers to capture and produce high-quality, timely content.
•    Schedule posts in line with festival programming and marketing goals.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital output with broader marketing campaigns.
•    Assist in basic graphic design and editing where needed (using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
•    Stay on top of current social trends and identify opportunities to integrate them into our content.

REQUIREMENTS
•    Experience or a keen interest managing social media accounts
•    A strong understanding of content best practices on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
•    A genuine love for social media and storytelling through content.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
•    Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment.
•    Experience in arts, festivals or live events is desirable but not essential.
