Rate of Pay: £15.00/hr (plus holiday pay)
Dates of Work: 30th May 2025 – 22nd June 2025
Available Contracts: 20-30 hours a week over 4-5 day week (Mondays, Tuesdays usually off)
The Nevill Holt Festival is an arts and culture festival held in the Leicestershire countryside each June. Building on a decade of opera performances, the festival now includes opera, concerts, conversations, performances, art exhibitions, family events and open gardens.
We're looking for three Front of House Managers to lead our Front of House teams in our three venues at the Nevill Holt Festival; the Opera Theatre, the Spiegeltent and the Chapel.
We encourage applications with any experience - candidates must be able to get to the Nevill Holt Estate for a variety of shift times.
Role
- Managing all front of house operations
- Overseeing the setup of front of house areas
- Managing a small team of front of house staff
- Shift planning effectively to ensure all staff are happy and enthusiastic about work.
- Ensure that the team adheres to all H&S legislation and that all mandatory training is completed on time.
- Dealing first-hand with customer queries and issues, and ensuring they are resolved in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Accurately inputting payroll information on a daily basis.
- Completing an end-of-day report to alert the management team of events and issues.
